It is the Holy Spirit of God that guides him and sustains him every day,

Philip, the evangelist, the gospel Christian, was indeed a man who knew the Holy Spirit of God. We've talked already about his openness to the Holy Spirit

1:22.2

and his obedience to the Holy Spirit, but I want to talk to you today, if I may, about the objective

1:28.8

of the Holy Spirit. Why did God send His Holy Spirit? Why do we have the Holy Spirit? Now,

1:36.7

one of the most beautiful titles for the Holy Spirit in Scripture is the Comforter. Don't you

love that? The Comforter has come, but it might interest you to know

that that word comforter is a word that we get our word guide from. He is one who comes alongside
