Mr. Paul Polango, Mr. Adam Rogers, it's only been a week since we last talked but oh my goodness a lot has happened and a lot of rain has fallen

Paul, anyone in Atlanta, Canada or in Canada who has read the news has read about the horrible rain and flooding that has just rocked

Nova Scotia, the province is still reeling

It appears that there are at least four fatalities as a result of this flooding

How has it been out your way? What's going on over there?

Well, there was an old, you know, when we first moved here in 2001

There used to be a sign in the restaurant down on the water that said proudly nothing bad ever happens in Chester Basin

This time we sort of were at the center of the storm

I mean, we received probably 10 to 11 inches of rain in a 20 hour period

I'd never, you know, once I was in New Orleans and there was an eight at eight inch rainfall in New Orleans
