1:01.0 | Declutter that space and ensure that it is warm. |
1:07.0 | Now this space can be anywhere which suits you, but the aim of this story meditation is your sleep and you deserve a sound sleep. |
1:30.0 | So perhaps your bed is the ideal place. |
1:35.0 | Prepare yourself and when you are ready, we will begin. |
2:09.0 | Start with the breath, |
2:11.0 | noticing the breath, noticing the breath, |
2:17.5 | noticing your breath as one would notice the sunset. |
2:38.7 | Simply observing without judgment or expectation. Your breath communicates to you. |
2:57.0 | Quietly listen. Focus on the repetition in and out. Perhaps you'd like to realign your body so that your legs are not folded. |
3:19.0 | If you're lying, allow your legs to fall out to the side, toes to fall out to each side and palms up. |
3:45.0 | Lengthen your spine, shoulders back and release. |
3:57.0 | As much as you can release at this stage. Go gently with yourself, each meditation or each sleep story. |
4:10.0 | You're going to enter this state in a different way. |
4:15.0 | That's okay. The prior moments you have experienced are always going to be different. Accept yourself as you are now. You are doing well. |
4:45.0 | Breathe in and out. |
4:50.0 | Focusing on the breath, release your body as much as, this mindful, safe space. |
