If I was an agent, I would go find the distressed houses.

I would go find the houses that need work, the people that need to do something.

If I was an agent, because that's where I'm going to get paid the most.

Those people have a need, they need to do something. I'm not going to go to the people who want to do something. I want to go to the people that have to do something.

I'm going to spend my most amount of time there because I'm going to get paid the most amount of money in the shortest time.

Then once you start

getting paid, then you can start to lateral over, change your marketing, change

your approach. But the whole key here, and I know I talked to a lot of you agents, you

go, well I want to help people. I sure you do I'm glad you do but at the

end of day you want to make money right and unless you find a way to make money really

fast you're going to find your way out of the business
