So many people get into entrepreneurship to have the time freedom.

But then you get sucked into working 24-7

because you're the entrepreneur.

So it really is putting those boundaries and really kind of taking a step back and thinking why did I do this?

And who can I hire to help take some of the weight off me or what systems can I put into place so that I can't so it does allow me to have the

business run where I can step aside a little bit and do this other passion.

All right guys, welcome to another episode of the report. Today, we are recording out of Scottsdale, Arizona in my Airbnb, and we are actually sitting in the Speak Easy out here and I got a very special

guest she's one of my favorite female entrepreneurs and real estate investors she's a good

friend of mine I got none other than Carra Beep and

Cara welcome to the show. Thank you for having me. Yeah it's been a long time

coming and you know you're local here to Scottsdale and it's been a little bit since we've connected I haven't seen you since

bigger pockets back in San Diego in October of last year but what the hell you've

been up to a lot a lot I'm happy that you're back in

Scottsdale yeah because I was here with you walking this house

originally so now it's fun to see the transformation and

being the speak-easy that was not previously, so it's really fun to be here.

Yeah, it's, yeah, you have seen the whole transition here, great market, but what have you been doing since

since I saw you last?

Yeah, so since you saw me last in in San Diego,

in October, we have kind of transitioned

out of doing a lot of fix and flips and starting to get ready to get back into that market.
