I'm smack dab in the middle of NIL consulting. I just want to tell you right up front.

This is the transfer portal.

And I've talked about this many times before.

My experience is in pro sports, specifically pro football,

whereas a system that's baked in with restraints and

regulations for both sides, with free agency restraints, with a salary cap, with a draft, all those

kind of things. There is none of that right now in college sports. And at the highest level of

college football and college basketball, it is the overuse cliche of the Wild West. And at the highest level of college football and college basketball, it is the

over-year use cliche of the Wild West. And I think what happens is people kind of just focus on,

well, who's that, who's going to get who and how much is they, it's not even how much. It's like,

we just want to know who's going to get who. And people have become used to this unlimited transfer portal.

And Michigan wins the national championship starting five transfers.

It's the norm.

There was even some aghast at Tennessee women's basketball this week.
