Hey everyone this is just a quick episode that one of many that you're going to see

coming this in over the next few days and so keep in a look out for these

episodes are going to be shorter I really invite you to listen to each one. One, they're

shorter so it'll be easy to get through and two, it really will help our

explain where we're headed as an organization with leading Saints.

And I get this question all the time.

People ask me, okay, Kurt, where do you see leading Saints in the future?

And for a long time I sort of felt like, man, I never thought we could accomplish what we've

accomplished now, let alone,

what was after this.

And so for the last few years, I've sort of been grappling with what the next phase of

leading Saints looks like, and what are they even needs to be a next phase, right?

I mean we've had some remarkable success and so it's just like, wow, we're reaching so far and having such

interesting conversations with remarkable guests and putting information

out there that is helping so many leaders.

And that's great.

And I know there's individuals out there who maybe just tune in every once in a while or they

Google a topic and up pops a leading saint's article or episode and they read that and they move

on and they don't think twice about leading Saints.

And then I also know there are individuals who are, you know, diligent in listening to every

episode or the vast majority of episodes and just feel like it consistently gives to their leadership experience, which is awesome.

And then I think there's others that are enjoying the content, listening to most of it, but
