Today's Dropping Bombs episode features Vic Keller — the quiet operator who founded 17 companies, exited 9 of them, and had three acquired by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway. No hype, no flash. Just results.

Vic breaks down why building a great team is the only real multiplier, what it actually takes to build a business buyers want to pay top dollar for, and why the next 5–10 years will be the greatest window in history to sell a business. He also gets into the buy vs. build debate, why blue-collar industries are the new gold rush, and what AI will never be able to replace.

This conversation separates the operators from the talkers. If you're building, buying, or thinking about selling — this one's worth your time.
