I have been quite sick for the past few days and I feel like I'm turning a corner,

although I'm not anywhere near 100%, but the last few days have been pretty rough.

And I don't know what it was.

Kind of felt like a lesser version of the flu I've had the flu before and that was like the worst week of my life

And this wasn't that bad, but it was pretty rough and just you know fever body aches cold symptoms the whole works and exhausted not being able to get my workouts in not being able to get my steps in. Appetite was still okay. It was a not like

great but still decent which was good. The worst part I don't know know why I'm sharing all the details of my sickness,

but the worst part is the, it was my head. It was like my head was in a vice. It felt like my head was like caving in and that has subsided which was

definitely the most uncomfortable part of this of these last few days. So and unfortunately Mel is was

also experiencing the same thing. She had a high fever and body aches as well. She didn't have the cold symptoms that I had but

obviously I think we had the same thing. She started feeling crappy last Wednesday

and then like 24 hours later I started feeling crappy so that was inevitable.

Anyway I'm gonna be I'm gonna try to be very short and to the point with this
