First episode of the year I thought

0:13.5

I'd kick us off with something just to go into a bit more depth about how we

0:18.9

can reinvent work so during the course of last year there was a series of I suppose about 30 podcasts where we learned different things about the way that works evolving the way they were reinventing work and during the course of those things it became clear that these

0:34.7

1:19.0

science, all of this insight?

1:21.1

And it's like a start of a ten, a discussion point on potentially the eight things

1:24.3

that if adopted by businesses or individuals or teams within businesses would make

1:28.8

a disproportionate difference to some of the overall headings around stress and productivity challenges

1:34.4

that everybody seems to be facing. So it was a kind of discussion document,

1:38.0

start for 10, if you did these things or a handful of these things, we believe,

1:41.8

based on what we've learned, read, seen and heard

1:45.5

would make a disproportionate difference.
