I'm really unsettled by how much I don't understand the expression that somebody is three bricks shy of a load.

guess the problem i had is that i forgot that a grouping of bricks when you buy bricks together

which i do so often obviously i'm a i'm a mainstay around the home depart. Don't you worry about it. But, like, I forgot that it was called a load of bricks. So in my head, I was like, what do bricks have to do? Are you thinking about shitting bricks and you're thinking that kind of load? No, I was thinking of shooting a load and what bricks had to do with that. Like I've heard about being bricked up and how that leads to shooting a load.
