view that's reinforced by ignorance and the fear of punishment of

Universities have produced and promoted people who are exhibiting behaviors and habits of behavior

vices that distort and destroy liberal culture.

It is a concern about social status and about profession and about

having some sense of meaning in life. But they need to understand what's at

stake here and what's at stake is whether we have a liberal culture where we

can say what we believe to be the truth and then test each other's views so we can get nearer to the truth.
