Well, I've been crawling out of my skin the last month or so since we got news that a new

CBA had been agreed to. The term sheet has been circulating of what the general outlines of the

agreement are, although the actual CBA has yet to be completed. I've had to watch way too many

playoff games. I haven't had a chance to go through it now. I have. I feel like I'm getting a

pretty good handle on it at this point, but the guy who has the best handle, the Kyrie Irving

of the CBA is the cap father, Larry Kuhn, how are you, man? I'm good, Nate, although the Kyrie

Irving of the CBA, that's a new one on me. Well, you got the best handle on it. Okay. I just came

up with that right now. Is that pretty good? Yeah. And you know, interesting thing, like this CBA

and the last one, they came to an agreement when games were still on, which means guys like you and me

are split multiple ways. You know, where what happened to the days where, you know, they get to

July, they don't have an agreement. They have a lockout and they fix it sometime in November.

And there's no games going on. You know, that's like the good old days, right?

Well, considering my business kind of depends on their being games on that, this actually,

as much as I might complain about some aspects of this CBA and other things I think are really good,

then I'm one thing is we're going to be playing basketball games next year. Yeah. And in all

serious, you know, it's a great playhouse and really fun to watch, but also this agreement and the

last agreement, since they came to those agreements with months to spare, it speaks to the state of

the relationship between the league and the players, with the union and the people doing the

negotiating. And I think the league is in a good state in regards to that. And certainly when you

look at the new agreement, you don't see them fixing any big player versus league problems.

You see them fine-tuning things in order to better conduct their business. They have some things

that they want to do address and they did and we'll talk about some of those things. But in general,
