Summary

The Nuggets survive the Lakers’ best shot with aplomb, as their offensive brilliance pushed the Lakers into too many difficult decisions. Plus, the Nuggets are a lot better at a pretty important skill. We look at two vanquished teams with high expectations and expensive rosters. 0:48.0	The whistles were going their way in the third quarter. They took a lot more free throws than Denver.
0:52.7	They got 28 shots at the rim to Denver's 15. Denver struggled in the paint 6 of 18.
0:59.1	And even on a night when not much was going right for Denver, they managed to persevere and win this one taking.

1:30.7	The Denver nuggets are very good at shooting the basketball and the LA Lakers are not true.
1:35.8	And the game where Denver had their worth shooting game on shots outside the paint.
1:41.2	La Marie did a stat on this that the worst game for Denver was game two, but the Lakers were even worse.
1:47.0	So they were 35.6% in that one, whereas they've been 45 and 55 and the other two 55 and game one where they couldn't miss anything and then 45 tonight.
1:57.0	And that gives a huge margin for error to the Denver nuggets.
