0:00.0	Hi, I'm Corey Wayne, and today we're going to be discussing crime in L.A.
0:07.0	And the thing that is interesting to me is people that live in L.A., Hollywood celebrities, the rich
0:14.0	elite, most of them tend to be anti-gun.
0:17.8	And so their head prosecutor, George Gascon, has, under criminal justice reform,
0:27.5	his idea is to just let criminals back out of jail or have little to no bail money
0:34.8	because it's the nice thing to do.
0:37.1	And he just assumes that if he just lets all the criminals back on the streets, to no bail money because it's the nice thing to do.
0:41.6	And he just assumes that if he just lets all the criminals back on the streets,
0:46.6	that everybody's going to sit around the campfire and sing happy songs.
0:53.2	And the problem is, because I have a lot of friends of family and law enforcement.
0:57.0	And if you've talked to people in law enforcement you know it's typically criminals it's the same ones over and over committing crime and when you lock the violent criminals up the crime tends to go down but you got a prosecutor who under the guise of criminal justice reform is now just letting people out, shorting their sentences, or choosing not to prosecute at all.
1:18.8	And so this is emboldened the criminals.
1:21.5	And so crime is starting to kind of run rampant.
1:24.3	And so it's interesting how there was an article now, which is in the,
1:30.1	was it the LA Times? Correct. And so the people in LA who all tend to lean left are all going
1:36.9	out and buying guns. So Estefani, tell us a little bit. What are the facts? What are the facts of
1:43.0	the case? Well, according to that article that was published last year in December 4th, a couple weeks ago,
1:49.3	it all started off by saying that crews of burglars are smashing their way into different Los Angeles homes, stores.
1:58.4	And it's kind of dangerous for most people because of security um we don't know what the
2:06.1	if they're armed all these kind of stuff but it's been after two years of rising violent crime
2:13.7	in los angeles these incidents have sparked a national conversation and for both crimes
2:20.3	and violence, an outrage over the violence that it would lead. So what's happening is these guys are
