We're about to talk big shit about the sons, but very, very, very impressive win to start the season for the sons, considering the circumstances.

Yeah, I think, I mean, if you're a son's fan, you know, you have to be really excited about, you know, the way they kind of dug themselves out of that and the contributions.

You got from different pieces of that team. I like the book's energy. I like the way he was attacking the paint and playing downhill.

There are some things to like, but it's, but it's one game, you know, and if you were gonna have a chip on your shoulder to play against anybody coming into the first game of this season,

it was probably gonna be the Dallas Maverick. Now that didn't, you know, it didn't prove itself to be true early in the game, but they found a way to summon it up and get the W.

But that's, it's a good win for a first game. If that makes any sense at all. Cause it is, it's just one game, but it's a damn good way to start the season and a good win.

What is, what is the, the nuance of the first game, Roger, because it could mean different things for different people, right? Like I think about, I was watching the Memphis game, the Memphis, uh, Nick's game.

And that the first game for the Nix is way different than the first game for the sun. So how, how important was this game for the suns as opposed to how important it would have been for say the Nix to want to set the tone for a season like that?

So what are the differences in a first game? It's an interesting question. I think, you know, first games are weird, cause for some teams, they'll tell you stuff and for other teams, they're just not going to tell you anything.

You know what I mean? And so, you know, depending on who you are and where your team is and it's, it's maturation process and what you came off of last year, I think those factors go into whether or not we can read a lot into your first game.
