motorsports, his testimony. And then the rest of the day was Steve O'Donnell, the NASCAR president,

who was the NASCAR chief operating officer for most of this period in question. And a better day for NASCAR today, I would say Jordan. But first of all, how are you holding up in all this? I'm great. Have you lost track of the days yet? Almost. Almost. There was a moment today I thought, is this day four or five? But I remembered it's only four. So I don't like, somebody asked me what day of the week it was. I'm like I have no idea.

It's all starting to melt together.

So the cross-examination of Bob Jenkins picked back up where we left off yesterday.

Remember we told you that Larry Buterman, he was crossing him.

And he went back to some of the same, you know, arguments again a little bit, you know,

about the exclusivity clauses.

And if it's okay for you, how come it's not okay for others?

You know, he said you could go to Formula One, couldn't you? He said that's not stock cars. But there was a chuckle in the court. I mean, no disrespect to Front Row and Bob, who are good people. Yeah. There was a little bit of chuckle in the courtroom as that happened. Yeah. But here, let's talk about the points for now. Because yesterday I was telling you, I didn't like where Larry Bueherman was going with this, right?

But he did score two key points today that I want to talk about with the Bob Jenkins testimony before we get to the Steve O'Donnell testimony.
