What I did is I took this idea of how easy it is to create a listing to sell your car in like auto trader.

You go through a few steps, it asks you, you know, what make, what model, and starts filling in information,

then a description, then you post your own photos, you set the price,

boom, it's online, and you wait for people to get a hold of you.

Obviously a lot more complex with homes.

And so I said, okay, how do we take something that's far more complex and make it easy?

Well, what other software has done that? And I thought TurboTax, right? You can file very complicated tax returns just answering bite-size questions and the answers

change the following questions and so we took those two concepts and married them.

Literally you can create a listing in five minutes.
