And, you know, this case is so baffling because, you know, here we are.

We're into this case 115 days.

Who would have thought that after 115 days, there would be no arrest in this case,

especially when there is video of a perpetrator, right?

Again, he's covered up, but right up on the screen.

And with the videos of this perpetrator,

a $1 million reward, actually $1.2 million,

you would think that that would shake the tree enough

for someone to call up, to someone to want that reward,

to someone to give up the person that did this. And what we've been calling for in this whole

investigation was to do police work. And what does that mean? That means, and we refer to it in the NYPD, as

shaking the tree, getting out there with police officers and organized, organized raids

on massage parlors, prostitution locations, drug locations, chop shops.

They all exist, I'm sure, in Pima County.

I don't hear a lot of that.

And you know what that does?

That gets the criminal element.

It hurts them where they hate to have it hurt them the most,

and that's in their pocket.

And they start singing like parakeets, right?

You also go to jails, prisons.

Same thing.
