You know, the Cowboys schedule came out last week while we were at the Muser's Ticket

compound, and on Friday we did our traditional game by game, predict the record.

But we didn't really get to talk much about the details of the schedule.

And it's a tough schedule.

It's by strength of schedule, according to last year's one loss records, it's middle of the pack.

It's not the easiest. It's not the hardest. I think it ranks 13th in terms of strength of schedule.

But I know this, having watched the NFL all these years, you cannot judge strength of schedule when you see a

schedule in the offseason based on last year's records because half of those teams that were good

are going to be bad and half of the teams that were bad are going to be good.

It's funny because in one ranking, as you say, based on last year's records of opponents, it was middle of the road or maybe one of the easier ones.

But there's another metric that tries to predict how the opponents will be this year.

And by using that, it's considered a fairly difficult schedule.

So it's probably going to fall somewhere in the middle.

You never know how injuries are going to affect other teams,

how they're going to affect your own team, so many variables there.

It does look like it will have a difficult start

because the Cowboys out of the gate are on the road

against a division opponent in the Giants.

And then they play a division opponent at home in Washington.

And we all know divisional games or sometimes a crapshoot because the teams know each other so well.

And then that home technically home game against Baltimore, which will be played in Rio, in Brazil.

That's a very tough opponent.
