Upper West Side Manhattan apartment by her own daughter.

Her husband, Rod Covelyn, lived in the apartment across the hall from her, and upon hearing about his

daughter's discovery, he ran to the bathroom, pulled her from the tub, and began performing

CPR before calling 911. When he finally got a hold of the police, Shelly, at the age of 47,

was already deceased. From what investigators could determine, Shelly at the age of 47 was already deceased.
