Summary

Taylor Samson, a university student, tells his girlfriend he’ll be back soon and leaves carrying a duffel bag she assumes contains marijuana. When he never returns, fears grow that he was the victim of a drug deal gone wrong. The investigation quickly becomes one of Nova Scotia’s most high-profile murder trials, involving two Dalhousie University students: Taylor, the victim, and William Sandeson, the accused, just days away from starting medical school.
