In late August of 1986, Jennifer Dawn Levin was a social, outgoing 18-year-old girl only days away from starting college in Boston. Jennifer was born on May 21, 1968 to parents Ellen & Steven Levin. She was voted best looking at Baldwin School in New York City. Allison tells us the rest of this sad story.
