| 0:40.8 | trying to accomplish? Like what ultimately is your goal? Is it to lose weight? Is |
| 0:46.6 | it to gain weight? Is it to improve the look and feel of your skin? Is it to have |
| 0:52.0 | less aches and pains? Is it to just know more about your body and your |
| 0:55.6 | metabolism? Whatever your goal is, why do you want to do this? What is it that's |
| 1:01.4 | motivating you to do this? What is your why? In answering that question, you might |
| 1:06.5 | think to yourself, well, the reason why I want to do it is exactly what I just |
| 1:09.5 | said. I want to do this. And the reason why is I want to lose weight or I want to |
| 1:14.6 | improve my skin or I want to gain weight. Whatever it is. Now those are perfectly |
| 1:20.6 | fine reasons. But those are the reasons on the surface. If it was enough for |
| 1:26.3 | your why to be that simple, like I want to feel better, I want to look better, |
| 1:30.8 | no one would struggle. Those reasons are valid, but they're simply not enough |
| 1:38.3 | to compel you to take action, to make the changes you need to make in order to |
| 1:44.6 | create change. So let me ask you a deeper question. Why do you want that? You're |
| 1:52.3 | deeper why? The reason why you want to achieve this thing, this outcome, should |
| 1:57.9 | be your core motivation. It's the thing that's going to connect you to the fire |
