If you have kids or you've been around little kids, you know that they actually can teach you a lot about life without even meaning to.

So today I'm going to share four unexpected financial lessons my kids have taught me recently.

All right. We're going to dive right in with number one. Have grace and an abundance mentality.

My kids, they are like so easy on themselves. And I'm so thankful for that, especially my middle

one, Caroline, love you, girl. But man, girlfriend has no shame. Like, maybe she should have a little bit of guilt in life sometimes. But if she messes up, she's always like, it's okay. I mean, don't worry about it. She's such a free spirit. Like, she's the one, literally, we'll do like, they'll do chores and get paid. And then Amelia, my oldest, is like, mom, I have12 saved. I want to and buy something. And Caroline's like, oh my gosh, I want to too. And then she like can't find her money because she's lost it. And I'm like, Caroline, she's like, but it's okay. I'll just earn more. And I'm like, go girl. Have that abundance mentality. Easy on yourself. Because listen, we're all going to make mistakes.

Hopefully we don't like lose money. But maybe we do. Maybe you invest in something and you'll lose it.

There's always next time, right? Got to learn from those mistakes. But give yourself grace because, well, things are going to happen. Number two, be creative and willing when it comes to generosity.
