Summary

Am I worthy of my desires?

So gross. So harmful. So NOT how the universe works.

Do you feel other people's feelings like it's your job? Overplan for outcomes you know you can't really control? Always future-tripping what could happen, brain won't rest?

To my fellow control freak empaths—I've got you.

The heart, your vastness, your Higher Self, does not ask questions about worthiness. The ego, on the other hand, talks about it non-stop. Am I worthy yet? Am I worthy now? Does this make me worthy?

We can spend years hustling to prove we're worthy of what we long for. Such a racket.

I've got a simple practice to heal the part of you that asks the worthiness question…

Listen in for an excerpt from my new book Bless & Release. In this episode, we're unpacking worthiness, then we're doing the Centering Practice together.

With Love,
Danielle

My loves, did you know, or maybe you do know because you participated.

We have surveyed thousands of people, I think we're at 7,000 people now, on two questions.

0:12.5

What do you want to let go of?

0:14.5

What do you want to let go of?

0:16.6

And what do you want to manifest?

0:18.8

The findings for what people most want to let go of are

0:21.8

pretty fascinating. The number one theme has to do with worthiness. And this is a

0:30.0

conversation that I've been having for a number of years. It's really the ego

0:35.5

that is always asking the question about if we're worthy, if they're worthy.

0:40.3

And I really wish, I mean, this is one of my intentions of showing up and teaching whatever it is that I'm teaching,

0:47.3

is that we have such a strong connection to our higher self, and we have such a devotion to loving kindness

0:57.0

with our inner content, our inner fragments,

1:00.0

that we no longer ask ourselves any question that has to do with worth.

1:04.0

It's actually, it's kind of ridiculous,

1:07.0

but we need to love that default ridiculousness as well.

1:11.6

So today we are talking about releasing that default of the worthiness question

1:20.6

and the impulse that actually becomes a neurotic behavior,

1:25.6

if we keep it unchecked, of trying to prove our value.

1:29.3

I think so many of us live decades in the zone of trying to prove our value.

1:34.3

I'm going to end this episode with the centering practice.

1:41.3

The centering practice, if you've been following along with these last few episodes,

1:46.0

is really the heart of the new book, Bless and Release.
