But what we're really talking about are positions that work especially well for a wife,

ones that don't work, and positions that might give you a better opportunity to orgasm.

Okay, ladies, we talked about sex positions in our second episode of this podcast and did

another round on trying new positions in episode 85. Let's revisit some basic concepts first

and discuss why sexual positioning matters. I would say one thing about why sexual positioning

matters is that our anatomy is designed to connect in

unique ways, but our bodies are also unique. So the angle of a woman's vagina and the angle of

the man's penis, you know, how those things fit together in a specific couple, they need to know what positions work best for them

and all their specific anatomy and their unique anatomy. The fun thing is that the best way to find

that out is to just try everything. Everything. Positioning. Yeah, everything positioning unless it

involves a chandelier, which can probably not sustain your weight.

Yeah, I saw I saw one where there was somebody like actually in a headstand. So I'm just saying

that one's off the table for me from the get go. But if somebody wants to try it, I suppose it's doable.

So for me, I found that positioning really does impact comfort and pleasure.

Like there are some positions that are just uncomfortable.

And so you're not going to feel good having sex if you're also feeling uncomfortable from the position you're in.

And that's especially true as you age and your muscles and joints and things can change.

But the other thing, too, is there's some that are just also more pleasurable where you,

you know, things can just be more available for touch or just, especially when I was younger,
