First, we make the case for why Speaker Johnson (R-La.) must be removed and why Trump must stop giving him cover. Johnson is about to screw us on Ukraine for no reason. I also explain how he made FISA 702 much worse than current law in a way that expands the NSA's power to almost any business or landowner with internet service onsite. Next, I delve into a monumental concurrence from Justices Gorsuch, Thomas, and Alito on how lower courts do not have the authority to issue universal injunctions. Unless state governors begin adopting this position, everything we seek to accomplish in the red states will be “vetoed” by the forum-shopped liberal judges.
