| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto and Interminute Fasting Podcast, where Dr. Berg takes you on the journey for the truth about getting healthy and losing healthy weights. The most common cause of hypoglycemia. |
| 0:25.3 | What is hypoglycemia? |
| 0:27.1 | Low blood sugar. |
| 0:28.1 | Okay. |
| 0:29.1 | What are the symptoms? |
| 0:29.9 | Dizziness, cravings for sugar, lightheadedness, sweating, lethargy, and being irritable. |

| 1:21.9 | And of course, the word idiopathic, they don't know what causes it. |

| 1:36.4 | cortisol and adrenaline, are counter-regulatory hormones. So if your blood sugars are too low, |
| 1:43.3 | they will raise your blood sugars up. So they kind of |
| 1:46.6 | protect you against hypoglycemia. But, you know, I've done videos on this and I've talked about |
