Good morning, everybody. And my gosh, has there ever been a day where good morning had more meaning than it does today?

Your Seattle Seahawks are going to the Super Bowl again after an amazing NFC championship game last night over the Los Angeles Rams, the bitter Los Angeles Rams, which we'll talk about a little bit.

But normally on a morning after, it's just me rambling at all of you, trying to figure out what's going on.

But this is not like any other Monday.

We are going to start this week with our good friend, Matt Hasselbeck, who was not only at the game yesterday,

but kicked it off by standing next to Jody Allen and Michael Bennett and Cliff Averill,

as Jody Allen raised the 12 flag before that game in a, and I thought a just really

fitting way to connect all the generations of Super Bowl teams together.

Matt, man, congratulations on being part of that experience yesterday. And how are you feeling?

Did you get any sleep last night? Well, my voice is definitely gone. Yeah, that's great to hear.

You know, and even like when I, when we hopped on, I'm like, wait, what day even is it right now? It's crazy. It was like a full day thing. I mean, it's the NFC championship game. I think it got the respect that it deserved in terms of an early morning and a late night. And it was an incredible game. It lived up to the hype and could have gone either way. And, you know, a huge honor to be here in

Seattle for the game, just a huge honor. And then, you know, an even bigger honor to be a part of the 12

flag raising. I think Jody Allen raising it is like the perfect choice. Maybe my best memory of all time

in that stadium was Paul Allen raising that flag before our, before our NFC championship

game in 06. And just goosebumps thinking about it and to be up there on the deck, hyping

up the crowd to get ready for her to hype up the crowd. It was pretty, pretty neat.

I have to tell you a story, not a long one, but when I started this blog back in 2007,

I was still deep in my career in tech.

I didn't want anyone to know.

I was screwing around during work hours, tweeting or writing articles about the Seahawks.

And so my Twitter profile was a picture of you holding up the George,

it's George House Trophy, right?
