All right, everybody, welcome back to the morning after.

Damn, it was a tough week.

I know for you, Hank, we'll get into it.

Sorry if you hear squeaky toys and background,

but my dog is back and that's a whole other conversation.

But heartbreaking yesterday, as I know a bunch of you listening to this,

are Detroit Lions fans.

I'm pretty sure I put it on the social media like let's book Lights Vegas I was

seeing we do a live podcast with the lions going I messed that up that's my fault

it's not my fault but was that half time I think

yeah so at half time I had already packed all my bags and

was calling like the Rio which is probably the only hotel in Vegas with availability and I am not well I have recovered. I think what it is is first of all kudos to the Detroit

Lions for incredible season and not only that for like lifting the city in a way that I haven't seen in all of my years here but I think the hardest part to digest the morning after ha ha ha ha, is, um, it just felt like we were there. Yeah, it felt like it was

after the first half. See old though, yes, and after that first half, I just felt like it was great and then by the end of the third quarter I'd eaten a pizza and I was emotionally eating and you guys were texting me and and so that's the part that's just so hard to

wrestle with this morning you're conflicted you're so thankful for an incredible

run and you're so heartbroken that it ended the way it did. Oh no, you're heartbroken right now.

But in a week, you'll look back and be like,

that was an awesome season.

They're gonna be very good now.

I mean, like, they have a lot of rookies, they're young,

they're talented, like, this is just the start for them.

So the fact that they got to the place that they were was honestly incredible.
