to the morning after. This is a special episode.

Is the last episode before we kick off another NFL season,

year 16, for the man who is sitting right next to me which is wild to think but

welcome back I mean it's nice to see you have you I know I'm about to lose you

for like seven months or so yeah seven months would months would be good. That would be great. Yeah. I mean I would love that but

we're lucky that we're able to squeeze this one in really quick before you head back to the NFL life.

Before we get into that, though,

I kind of want to just, you know,

bring up normal things that aren't NFL related.

As you know on this podcast,

we do a segment called It's a Lot. I don't know if you prepared one today.

I did not. Well think about it while I tell you mine. How's that sound?

Sure. So I had a situation happen to a day you know about it.'m not I don't want to go into the details because the details don't really matter but what does matter is what comes from these type of situations so I'm a people pleaser as you know, which I love and hate about

myself. And when our kids are making friends at school I always feel like I have to also create a friendship with parents.

And as I'm getting older in this game, I'm starting to realize that I don't have the time, the bandwidth, or a big enough heart to befriend every single parent

of every single friend my child makes.

Yeah, you miss lunch today so you don't have a lot of time.

Okay, yes, I didn't miss lunch today, so you don't have a lot of time.

Okay, yes, I didn't eat lunch today.
