To anyone who thinks loving yourself, investing in yourself, making your focus and attention,

making the core of that, you're feeling good, you taking care of you,

anyone who thinks that that is indulgent, stick with me today. Think about this. This is how I,

this is how to keep it simple, this is how I think about it. The more love I have for

myself, and I'm not talking vain love, oh, I'm so perfect, I'm so great, no. I just mean the more

good I feel, the more steady I feel, the more certain and clear I feel, the more accepting I am

of all parts of myself, the more I simply allow myself to dwell in this

place of love, not in this place of fixing anything or working on it or hustling it out or

fixing my weaknesses. The more I can just love, accept, be with myself, cherish myself, enjoy myself, like myself, the more I can give that to

others and the more it can return to me because there is, the dynamic law of nature is give and take

are the same thing. There is an intelligence.

We all give to each other. Think about it. Trees don't eat their own fruit.

River doesn't drink its own water. The fragrance of a flower isn't for itself.

Right. We, we give, we borrow. It's this gorgeous cycle of receiving, sharing. I love this about the world and about

nature. And we are nature, my friends. So I was trying to explain this to somebody recently. I'm like,

no, no, no, the more you invest in yourself, love yourself, work on yourself, feel good,

the better everyone's lives

around you will be. Trust me, it's like, imagine if I owned a donuts are my favorite thing,

okay? My like favorite dessert. If I owned a donut shop and I had, say, just trays, trays of

donuts coming out every single day, of course I could have a couple of them, just trays, trays of donuts coming out every single day.

Of course, I could have a couple of them, but I can't keep up with all the donuts, right?
