Well, hello everyone. This is Alfadi, and I want to welcome you to a special

live stream of Lattus Reason. Brother Jay may or may not be able to join us, but I did not really

want to cancel the show. Again, it's just

a connection issue at his end. I did not want to cancel, and I wanted to at least begin the show

and, you know, proceed with what we wanted to talk about here. So he is going to join us shortly. When he is here,

we are going to obviously invite him to the studio. But the topic today has to do with something

called the Monarchy of the Father. And it might be foreign to many evangelicals, by the way,

many who believe in the Bible. Bible believe in people, if you wish. And I'll be foreign to many evangelicals, by the way, many who believe in the Bible.

And I'll be talking to our brother, Jay Dyer, here about it in hope that he can obviously

give an explanation to it as a doctrine that it's a patristic doctrine, by the way,

believed by the early church fathers,

and it's not like a Trinitarian fathers, if I may add.

It's nothing that, you know, we should be concerned about, or sometimes I hear assumptions

that when you talk about the monarchy of the father somehow, you are

involved or engaged in a heresy called subordinationism where you are claiming that Jesus,

the son, the second member of the godhead, and the Holy Spirit, the third member of the godhead,

are inferior to the Father.

That's not at all what this doctrine is all about.
