It does feel a bit odd to be engaging in the relative frivolity of this podcast right now

I guess Danny, but I don't know how you feel about that

I think that there are there are people who are speaking more intelligently and more personally

on what is what is going on and what is affecting people and I I encourage everybody whoever whoever that is

I've shared a few of the things that have really affected me over the last couple days there

But if you want it some people want and totally deserve and escape want something separate from that and I think we can provide that and we can

Provide that as well. Yeah, I would encourage many of you

I mean, I'm aware of what the demographics of this show are and I would imagine that this is not new ground

For many of you, but I would encourage people to read Marcus Thompson's piece on the athletic from Thursday

I thought that was a piece that I particularly enjoyed in reminding me again of the struggle that people of color have had to go through

In this country particularly with respect to the police and I would also urge you as well to

contribute to a

charity that you think it is important and WACP legal defense fund

But we are going to do our jobs and hopefully give you some entertainment and a break from the weightier

Matters of the moment and the topic that we're going to look at today

This is one that was also a

loser in our listener topic bracket, but that I really wanted to do

I was sad that it lost this is the on court moments that changed history this century in the NBA

So as you went back to think about it what types of moments were you looking for a couple of different things

So first of all being on court that eliminates a lot of important moments and decisions that affected the NBA
