where labour can at last set out its door of what it's going to do,

or for the Tory leadership result which will show Kieostama who he's going to be facing

across the dispatch box for the next few years. But of course it's the final straight of the US presidential election

too, described by the political analyst Brian Klass on our partner, Pottewoodw, what now, as perhaps the most important

election in human history.

How are your nerves this week?

Pretty highly strong and not just because it's half term, as you've just been saying. I think the world's going

to feel very different next Monday and into next week and so I'm not sure how we're going to feel

about it. Let's start with the budget on Wednesday.

It feels like it's been coming forever.

The weekend was a festival of last minute pitch rolling.

Everything from Rachel Reeve is telling the observer that a budget will stand in with 1945, 1964 and 1997 to at the

other extreme the telegraph claiming businesses are already closing down and the

mail saying that Starmer is about to declare war on middle Britain.

Ross, we're going to be doing it in more detail on Oh God What Now tomorrow, which you're presenting.

But in all this kind of fog of claimant counterclaim, is it possible to say what is most likely to be announced?
