Summary

In 1987, 25-year-old Oregon native Jennifer Smith was viciously murdered in a Denny’s parking lot. She had no idea how important her death would end up being. Jennifer’s determination to not go down without a fight led investigators to other victims whose loved ones may have never seen justice served had it not been for Jennifer. The person responsible for a string of senseless murders was consumed by an evil bloodlust. His true form was hidden beneath a deceptive veneer. Those in his life only saw what he wanted them to see. He was perceived as a loving family man and successful entrepreneur. Lurking beneath the surface, however, was the worst kind of predator. Someone who only experiences joy when others are in agony. It would be a long road to capture the man deemed the Molalla Forest Killer, and an even longer road to bring the serial killer to justice.
