I think I listened to a lot of stuff. I hardly listen to myself ever but I'll listen to our show back

And I'll be like, dude, this is actually fun. I listened to our show back to realize that I wasn't really paying attention

And you realize that you know like I just got back from another one of these annoying five-day silent meditation retreats

And I was like, wow, I'm actually listening to people

You're back and you're back present. I'm back present like I'm like oh, you know

And you know a lot of it's non-verbal too you start feeling what people are putting out rather than listening to the words

They say because a lot of times the words are just squawk squawk squawk squawk squawk you know

I pride myself on reading people well

And I think that zoom has crushed it because pre zoom you had all the advantages of seeing them face-to-face the body language
