What up, guys. Welcome to the Chih Tjitsu podcast. Today we're going to talk about a misconception

that a lot of people have with discipline. This is something I shared on one of my emails

recently, seemed to strike a cord with a lot of you guys. I shared it in on social media and we're

going to dive into this idea a little bit deeper with some useful ideas to you. This is especially

important because I see a lot of people where, you know, they have this

nice schedule, nice plan, nice whatever, nice diet, whatever the thing is.

And they get into it.

And then, you know, like life often does, it happens.

And then they get derailed a little bit and they feel like they're a failure.

And I have been asked many of times people, let's just say chewy, like my students,

And I think that a lot of times people's, the word of, when they think of discipline,

I think it's a bit of a, they have a misconception with what that really is. And I, at least in my bearded opinion, of course, right? You could disagree with this. So we'll dive into that.
