I really appreciate it. It's great to see you you and we don't see each other often enough. But appreciate you being here and like I told you before we started,

we know that everybody has a story and our passion is to help them tell it. and so with your permission what we'd like to do is just start

with where you were born and go all the way up to today and we can talk about anything you'd like to talk about at that point

that's happening today or you're working on for tomorrow.

So where were you born?

So I was born in Iran, which is a place which is way, way on the other side of the planet.

Yes, it is.

I remember 30, 40 years ago when someone asked me they would say you

wrong where? I think by not almost everyone has heard about it. Maybe for some people in a positive way in a negative way, but whatever your take is on it, that's where I was born.

Okay. And, um... Did you grow up there? I lived in a run until age 15. Okay. Then I went to Germany for a short period of time. I spoke German at the time and I was going to finish high school and that didn't work out. And then I immigrated to England. I grew up in England from the age, almost

16 till the age 29 when I moved to the US. I lived here ever since.

So what made you move to the US?

You know, if you heard about what happened in Iran, you know, in the 1970s,
