I am so excited to get to hang out with you. So as we talked about, everybody has a story and our

passion is to help them tell it. So with your permission, we're going to start with

where you were born. Go all the way up to today and we talk about anything you'd like to talk about today. I'd like to talk about real broker if that's okay and the hub at East Lake where we're sitting

with where you were born. Where were you born?

I was born here in San Diego. Oh yeah?

So you're a native. I am a native. So you grew up here? I grew up here.

Okay. So what was your favorite thing about growing up here? Gosh well you know I grew

up actually in Chilavista here in the city. I have not left. Borneer, raised here, and still here.

As much as I try to get away.

You know, I love just the proximity, close proximity to the border.

Because my parents are both immigrants.

Okay.

I didn't know that. Okay. So a lot of my family is still in Mexico. So just growing up in a border
