When I first learned about real estate investing, back when I was employed in 2019, I was looking at

$140,000 flip houses because that seemed like a number that was low enough to be in the

rookie strike zone, the beginner level that I associated with. And today in 2025, we are closing

on a $14.3 million experiential boutique resort that we're developing from

the ground up. The craziest part is, I didn't do this linearly. I didn't buy a house, then two houses,

then four houses the next year, then eight houses the next year. I went from the single family

houses that I was buying in Atlanta, Georgia, directly to the $14 million

hotel, a 100 X in deal size. Now, you may ask, how did you do this? And the answer is through

one mental tweak that I will be sharing with you in today's podcast episode. It's super
