In this episode, I’m joined by licensed therapist and Clinical Supervisor, Saraa Lee (LCSW) from NOCD, for a conversation about mental health, misconceptions in the healthcare industry, and how OCD can manifest into our daily lives.
Together, we discuss the ins and outs of OCD, Saraa’s experience living with the disorder, and why treatment for overcoming intrusive thought patterns has to be handled with care.
