Has the Trump administration just gone out and violated due process of law and hurt this poor guy who has been commonly referred to as the Maryland man?

Are we now living in a kind of dystopian fascist universe where the Trump administration just comes in and picks you up the street and ships you off to jail in El Salvador, where you get

put into prisons comprised of drug dealers and thugs and international terrorists just because

Trump doesn't like you. Or did the United States deport someone that was in the country illegally

and is potentially a member of a violent gang that is also categorized a terrorist

organization. Because apparently there's two very, very different narratives about what just

took place with respect to what the media has dubbed and what social media is the Maryland

man, because that's, of course, how they describe him. We're going to be going through today

and we're going to be looking at this case. And we're going to go through the various concepts, the legal concepts. We're going to go

through the various philosophical concepts with respect to what does it mean to have a country?

What does it mean to have borders? What does it mean to have a legal immigration process? And what do you

do when people potentially violate that process? Should there be more legal proceedings in order

to determine whether or not somebody is a member of a violent gang before you repatriate

them to their own country? Can the court simply just order the president of the United States

to return somebody? Is this an issue of foreign policies, an issue of immigration policy?

What all is going on here? Because, again, listening to the various

sides argue this issue, you would think we were talking about two entirely different people,

but we're not. We're talking about the same guy. So what's the truth? That is what we're going to

be discussing today on making the argument. And look, we're even going to play a little bit devil's

advocate. We'll play a little bit of devil's advocate. Is there areas where the Trump administration has gone too far?

Or is he not gone far enough?
