But either way. So Ian's the guy who's in here doing everything outside of what little I do. What's up? I'm your long lost son who was killed or you lost in an accident or something. Yeah. Whatever stories you make up. I've been taking so much, yeah, dramatic license with it. I think I'd

said, yeah, you were a cousin who had died in a car crash and I speak to your ghost. I want to thank

the cowboy, Kent Rollins coming in last week. It's really, it's different. Like, we have another

food influencer type guy in today. His name is Matt Gourke. Matt Gourke Matt Gork goes by the nom de plume or the AKA

the meat teacher because he does. He teaches for a living. He used to teach like phys ed and coach a couple

of teams. And then he started doing some food content on social media before the pandemic,

then ramped it up during the pandemic. So the school that he

works for actually pivoted his role from being a phys ed teacher to being a culinary teacher,

sort of like what the old home neck was, which I think they really should bring back because I have

a bunch of kids who had gone through the school system and never learned to like bounce checkbook or do anything like that. So I think that Holmec culinary school,

culinary class offerings in high school are priceless for these kids. Either way, this guy is a

grilling expert. He's not classically trained at all.
