intro and the first chapter of the second main section of the book. The book is divided into three main sections which

correspond to the three steps to financial success which are spend less than you earn

ensure against disaster and invest wisely. So today we're talking about step two which is

Step 2 Protect Against Disaster

The second of the three steps to financial success is all about protecting your financial future against disaster.

We're talking about events which are truly shattering such as dying early, suffering a life-changing illness, or being unable to work for a long period of time.

Each of these events has serious financial implications for you and your family,

and your goals for your future may have to change as a result.

But it is possible to put in place some protection against the worst effects of these events.

No amount of insurance will guarantee that you or your loved ones won't be diagnosed
