Okay great to have you with me once again. Now if you've been listening over the last

couple of days, you'll know that I'm celebrating the launch of my first book, The Meaningful

Mani Handbook, by each day just releasing a chapter or two from the

audible version of the book. Clearly that lends itself better to a podcast to meet sort of

rustling pages in front of the mic and everything. So the idea is to give you a sense of how the book is laid out and to wait your appetite a little bit.

So yesterday we introduced the money mindset and the three steps.

Long-term podcast listeners will know the three steps anyway,

spend less than you earn, ensure against disaster and invest wisely.

And so today I want to play you the section intro on the first chapter in the first step spend
