What's the meaning of life? Well, for starters, you can just appreciate every day, every sunset, every moment, as if it's your last. And who knows?

So it begins there, then of course from there you build to the

relationships you have, your friends, your loved ones, your family members, your

co-workers, colleagues, your local community, your society and so forth.

The purpose and meaning of life is not to be found in some other world, some other life as if this is some

staging on a provisional proscenium acting out a role for a little while before the big show begins in the next life.

Whether there's an afterlife or not doesn't really matter because we don't live then and there.

We live here and now.

So the meaning and purpose is to be found in trying to survive, reproduce, flourish, engage with other people, do meaningful things, make a difference in the world, even if it's just a little tiny bit I'm not a utopian I'm a

pro-topian I like the idea of just making tomorrow slightly better than today that's. And you do that just through the little

things you do in life and you know that's where it comes from. It comes from

having meaningful work and and things to do comes from having social relationships.

It comes from finding some kind of spirituality in your life.

It could be prayer and religion, but it can be,

it can be meditation, it can be chanting, it can be hiking in the mountains. It can be appreciating

sunsets. It could be almost anything. Music and literature and art. All of that is part of spirituality.

And I want to return that word to everybody's use, not just in religion.

And yeah, so that's where it's at.

It's really just in the here and now.
