Well that trip with the product of a curious friendship between Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi crown prince and Jared Kushner, the Jewish American prince.

Jared and MBS are BFFs bonding over their shared hostility toward Iran, the unappreciated hardships have inherited wealth and just being cool, 30-something dudes remaking the Middle East from scratch.
