A month? I know, but I just, yeah, I love the draft and I'm just ready for it. Are you glad that you became the face of the Kings and Fleming's haters today? That's so hot. I like Kings and Fleming. I just don't think it's what the else is going to try to do. When the Mabbs draft Kings and Fleming's, I'm going to be glad to be on the right side of this of this narrative history. It's like Fleming's A-Met. It's like going into draft. You're an A-Cuff hater now. That's not true either. Today's episode, we're going to talk about Biggs.

We're not going to talk about Biggs. I'm trying like, oh, God, here we're an A-Cuff hater now. That's not true either.

Today's episode, we're going to talk about bigs. We're not going to talk about guards there. We're talking about bigs, big centers. And where the Mavericks are in their rotation, what we think about that. The Mavs do have options. They could get somebody in the draft, either the ninth pick or the 30th pick. There are free agent options to talk about.

There are trade potential options with the Mavs trade exceptions and things like that that they can get into.

And the reason why we're talking about options for the Mavericks at center is because you look at the Mavs big rim rotation.

And to me, I think that this being lively in Gafford was the best big man combo the Mavs have had since I don't know Tyson Chandler sam down there I look really it's been a long times as the Mavericks have had a

really good one-two punch like that lively has been hurt far too far too often has not played

enough games in the NBA to really be relied upon Gaffordord was hurt all of last year, even though he played a lot last year. So I don't think we saw his best for sure. And I don't know that he fits still on this Dallas Mavericks team if they're not built around a really pick and roll heavy, you know, guard that can create for him. And I don't know that even a rookie coming in. let's say they get Mikel Brown, who is that kind of guy, or Darius Acuff, who comes in and is that guy. I don't even know if that gives us the answer of, well, they've got to keep Gafford because he'll be able to get maximized by this rookie guard. And then you have Musa Cese, who came on to the scene last year as two-way guy. We think that he could be great as a backup or third big or something like that. We're really big on what he could bring. You've seen some of these other bigs develop the Nemesh Keta from the Celtics. You've seen the Musa Diabate for the Hornets. You've seen some of these guys come out of almost nowhere and develop into a really serviceable big.

And I think Musa can be that kind of guy for less than what Gaffert is making because Gaffert

has two years left on his deal after next season for $18 and about $19 million, which is more

than what the normal like backup center is for.

And I don't think that he's a starting center in the NBA necessarily.

And so you sit at this spot right now with these bigs and you say, man, the way that this Mavericks team is going forward, the way that the playoffs are looking right now, I'm not sure that Gafford plays in some of these playoffs series if you're just looking at it. And I think that's one of the reasons why I think he'll be the one that is not on the Ma on the mavericks to the start of the season yeah I mean I think just like we did with Jason kid and you know every everybody else kind of with the franchise when Maasai took over none of these guys
